What we collect

We collect the information needed to operate LifeAdmin: your sign-in information, household name and member details, reminders, notes, documents, photos, recordings, account settings and device notification details.

How we use it

We use this information to provide LifeAdmin, keep your household organised, send the reminders you ask for, maintain your account, provide support and improve reliability. Documents, photos and recordings are processed only to provide the features you request.

Service providers

LifeAdmin uses specialist providers to operate the service, including secure cloud storage and database infrastructure, Apple for Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Where an AI-assisted feature is enabled, the material you submit may be processed by the service provider used for that feature to produce the result you requested.

Sharing within a household

Information you choose to add to a shared household can be visible to its members. You control invitations and can remove access from within the app.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in LifeAdmin’s settings. Account deletion removes your account and household data, subject to limited records we must retain for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your choices

You can review, edit or remove household information in the app. You can turn off notifications in your device settings. You can restore or manage App Store purchases through Apple and the LifeAdmin subscription screen.
